Emmire is a private commercial property management practice, founded by two chartered surveyors whose combined thirty years span building surveying, asset management, and the day-to-day stewardship of high-profile portfolios.
We work exclusively with private clients who hold large commercial assets — family offices, private landlords, and long-hold investors — and we manage every mandate in-house. No sub-contracted account managers, no offshore desks. The surveyor who signs your instruction is the surveyor who answers your call.
